Official Rules for Okaloosa Saves – Teach a Child to Save 2026 Youth Savings Drawing
1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to youth age 17 and younger who make a qualifying deposit at a participating financial institution during the Promotion Period.
Participating financial institutions:
- CCB Bank / Niceville
- Eglin Federal Credit Union
- MidSouth Bank
- Okaloosa County Teachers Federal Credit Union
- Origin Bank
- PenFed Shalimar
- Renasant Bank
- United Fidelity
Employees, volunteers, and insiders of all participating institutions are eligible to win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represents that You meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Okaloosa Saves (“Sponsor”) as final and binding.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 9 a.m. CST on April 1, 2026, and ends at 5 p.m. CST on June 30, 2026.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Drawing, youth participants must:
1. Complete the official Okaloosa Saves Entry Form at a participating financial institution.
2. Make a deposit of $5 or more into a new or existing youth savings account.
3. Return the entry form to a teller or place it in the designated drop box.
Additional entry requirements:
- Participants may receive one (1) entry per day.
- There is no limit to the number of days a participant may enter.
5. Prizes
There will be ten (10) winners. Each winner will receive a $50 deposit into the youth savings account associated with the entry. Prizes are non‑transferable and not eligible for substitution. Any taxes owed are the winner’s responsibility.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all participating financial institutions during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
A random drawing will be conducted by Okaloosa Saves the week of July 6, 2026.
Winners will be notified via phone and/or email. Winners will also receive a letter, either mailed or delivered in person, confirming the $50 deposit.
If a winner cannot be reached or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should any factor beyond its control affect the administration or fairness of the Drawing. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Okaloosa Saves, participating financial institutions, and their employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
10. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located within the State of Florida. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
